Terms of purchase
- Products and total cost
All prices are shown including VAT.
For food supplements, 12 % VAT applies.
Skin care products are subject to 25 % VAT.

Any promotions are clearly marked and limited in time. We reserve the right for final sales and price adjustments due to tax changes.
- Payment
Swish - Quick and easy via mobile. (provided by Dintero)
PayPal - Secure payment with your PayPal account or card.
Card payment - Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Invoice - Via Klarna with a minimum payment term of 14 days.
- Sales to minors
We do not enter into contracts with persons under the age of 18 without the express consent of their parent or guardian.
Our marketing is not aimed directly at minors.
- Shipping option
Sweden:
Home delivery with Postnord Varubrev: Parcels are delivered in a mailbox or outside the door if it does not fit. Delivery within 3-5 working days. A shipping fee of SEK 49 is added to orders under SEK 500.
Delivery to agents:
The package is sent by Postnord to the nearest agent and is collected by the receiving customer, or by authorization. Delivery within 1-3 working days. A shipping fee of SEK 89 is added to orders up to SEK 1000.
Other Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland & Norway):
A shipping cost of SEK 89 will be added to all orders. For purchases over SEK 1000, no shipping cost will be added. We deliver your goods to postal agents through Postnord.
- Deliveries
Orders placed before 3 p.m. are processed within one business day and normally delivered within 3-5 working days. Some deviation from the delivery terms may occur due to the current situation with COVID-19. Delivery is made directly to the address you have specified at the time of ordering. Uncollected packages from agents will be returned to us. The holding time at delivery points is usually 14 days.
When returning uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 149 is charged for shipping and handling costs. The fee is automatically deducted from your refund on Klarna.
- Damaged goods and complaints
When you receive your order, it is important to check that the goods are not damaged or faulty. If you discover an error, please contact us as soon as possible by email to info@bonimedics.com for further instructions.
You have 3 years right of complaint according to Swedish law. Complaints must be made within reasonable time after the error has been detected. Notifications made within 2 months from the discovery of the error is always considered to be timely.
In the event of a successful claim, you are entitled to:
Remedy (e.g. new packaging is sent),
Re-delivery,
Price deductions, or
Cancellation of the purchase if the error is material.
The right to complain also applies to skincare products, but not to defects caused by improper use or normal consumption.
- Right of withdrawal and open purchase
You always have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days for you to return.
Repayment is made within 14 days and includes the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest standard shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping.
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or broken skincare products and opened food supplements or capsules.
Feel free to use Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for right of withdrawal.
- Obligation to repay
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the price of the goods and the original shipping cost of the cheapest standard shipping.
Repayment is made within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. However, we are entitled to delay the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided proof that they have been returned.
You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method than the standard shipping, we will only refund the cost of the cheapest shipping option available.
- Dispute resolution
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to turn to an ADR entity if we cannot resolve a complaint directly together.
We follow The General Complaints Board (ARN) recommendations, www.arn.se.
