Shipping and delivery

Sweden
Home delivery with Postnord Varubrev: Parcels are delivered in a mailbox or outside the door if it does not fit. Delivery within 3-5 working days. A shipping fee of 49kr will be added to orders under 500kr.

Delivery to agents
The parcel is sent by Postnord to the nearest agent and is collected by the receiving customer, or by authorization. Delivery within 1-3 working days. A shipping fee of 89kr will be added on orders up to 1000kr.

Other Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland & Norway)
A shipping cost of SEK 89 will be added to all orders. For purchases over SEK 1000, no shipping cost will be added. We deliver your goods to postal agents through Postnord.

When and how do I get my package

We deliver your goods through Postnord.

Orders placed before 15:00 are normally processed within one working day and delivered within 1-5 working days, depending on the delivery option chosen by the customer. Some deviation from the delivery terms may occur. Delivery is made by the shipping method you selected at checkout, either to the mailbox or to the postal agent. We can only guarantee our handling time on the order. We cannot guarantee postal delivery times.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct name, c/o, address. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or non-collection from an agent, a fee of SEK 149 will be charged for shipping and handling costs. The fee is automatically deducted from your refund on Klarna. The holding time at Postnord's delivery points is usually 14 days, see your notice for exact details.

During major campaigns and holidays, we thank you for your patience and for your understanding that in some cases the processing time may be slightly longer, but we will of course always do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Damaged goods and complaints

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or defective. If the goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to info@bonimedics.com and you will receive further instructions. You have a 3-year right of complaint under Swedish law.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive your goods. The goods must be unused and in an unaltered condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the seal on the item is broken.

Return postage is paid by you, the customer.

Reimbursement:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods yourself.
