1. Company information
www.bonimedics.com is provided by StartUpPharma Int. AB with Org number 559031-6062 and registered adress Rösjövägen 25, 187 43 in Täby. Information & images on the website are owned by the company or partner and may not be copied without permission.
Each item is stated including VAT in Swedish kronor. In the shopping cart you see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments.
Payment is made through the selected payment method at the checkout. The payment method is provided by Klarna and Bambora together with partners.
3.2 Card payment
Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your debit card will be charged immediately.
4.1 Shipping & Shipping Methods
Sweden: A shipping cost of SEK 49 will be added to all orders under SEK 500. For purchases over SEK 500, no shipping cost will be added. We deliver your goods through Postnord.
Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland & Norway): A shipping cost of SEK 89 will be added to all orders under SEK 500. For purchases over SEK 500, no shipping cost will be added. We deliver your goods through Postnord.
Orders placed before 14.00 are processed within one working day and are normally delivered within 3-5 working days. Some deviation from the delivery terms may occur due to the current situation with COVID-19. Delivery takes place directly to the address you have specified at the time of ordering.
4.3 Damaged goods and complaints
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or faulty. Should the item be defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive further instructions. You have a 3-year right of complaint according to Swedish law.
5. Return and cancelation policy
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. The right to return can only be exercised if the product can be returned in original packaging and is in unbroken condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
6. Obligation to refund
If you exercise your right to return, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return cost yourself when the item is returned. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.

10.1 Force Majeure
Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other extent beyond the control of a party that prevents a party from fulfilling its obligations, relieves a party thereof. Such exemption applies provided that business cannot be conducted under these conditions either. The other party shall be notified immediately of any circumstances that may apply to this provision.
10.2 Change of contract terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, the Sales Company does not have the right to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed.

10.4 Disputes & Laws
Swedish law shall apply to all purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions. Disputes regarding purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions shall be tried exclusively by a Swedish general court.
